Mama Must Haves : Massages, Water & Some Key Pieces
I decided it was about time I told you what I couldn’t have lived without during my pregnancy, and now I have had time to reflect – over two years – these are what I will be using next time round…
Pregnancy Massages – I had a couple when I was pregnant combined with a full body scrub, and loved them. My skin was glowing and I felt totally relaxed.
Bump Band – I had one of these and wore it to death. It was not only comfy and warm, but also allowed me to get a little more wear out of my non-maternity clothes.
A good white shirt – I wore a white shirt often during my pregnancy, great for layering, great with a belt, dress it up, dress it down. It was a wardrobe staple for me. Stores like ASOS have them cheap, but the one I wore often was similar to this one from Crave Maternity at John Lewis. I must invest in a new one next time.
Water – I was on mission drink lots of water, and soon got in the swing of drinking litres of the stuff. Sadly since, I have slacked on the water drinking *hangs head in shame*.
Long length vests – again, this was a great item which could be worn with everything. I had half a dozen of them, all different colours. Perfect for layering but also covering up when there was just too much cleavage on show. I got a lot of mine in Spain, happened to find a little store where they were a a bargain, but try Mamas & Papas for some great quality ones.
